If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 4-8 hours, and once we process your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
- WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Money Over Emotion Clothing does not accept returns. However, you are able to exchange your items within 7 days of purchase. If you are exchanging an item, please contact our customer service by email at sales@moneyoveremotion.com
- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided. You will be emailed when the package is shipped, exception and delivery. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please contact us via email, phone or check your spam mail.
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. All Purchased orders are worked as soon as possible to minimize the wait time. Orders ship via USPS; most domestic packages will arrive within 3-7 business days after being shipped, depending on location. Most international orders arrive within 10-14 business days. Orders are not shipped on the holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: For All “Pre-Order” items, Please allow 2-3 weeks after your order was placed to receive it
